Our take
This 8-light system is a step up in coverage. The MU-L53GG provides plenty of wash for larger spaces. DMX control works well, and the manual pan and tilt allow decent positioning. However, 8 lights mean more setup time and cabling. The stand is sturdy but can be cumbersome. For $299, it's good value if you need lots of lights. I wish it had motorized heads, but the price reflects manual operation. Color mixing is rich. Good for bands or DJs with big stages.
